Case Number A-1856 Applicant David Helmers Property Owner Ally Properties LLC Location 7016 Corporate Way Request Variance request to allow a combination wall and fence over 4’, proposed to be 7.5’, in the front yard of a commercial property. Interested persons may appear and provide testimony. Upon conclusion of the hearing, the proposed request will be voted on by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
