- LEGAL NOTICE
The Miami Valley Fire/EMS Alliance is soliciting bids on behalf of its members for the purchase of:
Emergency medical services, supplies, and equipment.
Sealed proposals will be received in the office of the Executive Director of the Miami Valley Fire/EMS Alliance, 444 West Third Street, Building 20, Room 231, Dayton, Ohio 45402-1460, by 12:00 p.m. on the 28th day of December 2012. Said bids will be opened and read by the Executive Director of the Miami Valley Fire/EMS Alliance or his designee at 2:00 p.m. on the 31st day of December 2012 or as soon thereafter as the opening can begin in the office of the Executive Director which is located at the address given above. Proposals shall be conspicuously marked “EMS supplies and equipment proposal” on the outside of the bid.
Bid packets may be picked up at the office of the Executive Director of the Miami Valley Fire/EMS Alliance during normal business hours.
The Miami Valley Fire/EMS Alliance reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities of bids should be to the advantage of the participating members.
