  • ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS BID NO. 321 The Five Rivers MetroParks (FRMP) will receive sealed bid proposals for Shepard's Run Reforestation Project Rebid @ Medlar Conservation Area until September 26, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. local time local time, at 1375 East Siebenthaler Avenue, Dayton, Ohio 45414. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:15 P.M. local time, at Wegerzyn Gardens MetroPark, 1301 E. Siebenthaler Avenue, Dayton, Ohio 45414. Copies of the Contract Documents, as prepared, the proposal and contract forms are on file at BlueServ Reprographics 937-426-6410 or www.BlueServRepro.com where they may be obtained upon payment of $35.00 non-refundable. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 4528 Medlar Road, Miamisburg, Ohio 45342, on September 16, 2011, at 2:00 P.M. local time. The purpose of this meeting is for the Owner's Representative and FRMP to review the Contract documents and answer any questions. The project estimate is $213,163.00. Provide bid proposals in a sealed envelope labeled Shepard's Run Reforestation Project Rebid @ Medlar Conservation Area, Bid No. 321. Each proposal shall be signed by the full name and business address of each person of company interested in the same; shall be accompanied by a 100% Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond, or by a certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the Five Rivers MetroParks as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured by a satisfactory bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The proposals must be made on the forms provided in the Contract Documents, or a copy thereof.
