  • LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT Sealed proposals will be received at Montgomery County Board of Developmental Disabilities Services, Ritchey Administration Center, 5450 Salem Avenue, Dayton, Ohio 45426, until 1:30 p.m., April 19, 2011, for the Kuntz Road Adult Center Renovation Project. Said proposals will be opened by the Buildings and Grounds Manager for review and distribution to the Selection Committee. Request for Proposals (RFPs) are available beginning Monday, April 4, 2011, at the Ritchey Administration Center between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, or by emailing Justin Smith. Buildings and Grounds Manager, at jsmith@mcbdds.org. A mandatory preproposal conference will be conducted on Tuesday, April 12, 2011, at 1:00 P.M. at 1507 Kuntz Road, Dayton, Ohio (Monco/Kuntz Adult Service Center). All potential proposers are required to attend this conference. The Board of Developmental Disabilities Services desires to hire architectural/engineering services to conduct an existing-conditions evaluation, site evaluation and master plan, program enhancement, formulate design, develop plans and specifications, and assist in construction administration for the Kuntz Road Adult Services Building. The project will develop a master plan of site improvements for the interior renovations to the Kuntz Adult Service Facility, located at 1507 Kuntz Road, in Dayton, Ohio, Reconfiguration of interior office area (approximately 3,500 SF) and renovation of approximately 12,000 SF of an existing 56,403 SF high bay area to a classroom and habilitation center to accommodate program requirements for Adult Consumers with Development Disabilities. The overall project budget is 1,500,000. Proposals shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope identified as "Montgomery County Board of Developmental Disabilities Kuntz Road Project" and MUST HAVE THE FULL NAME AND ADDRESS of the proposer on the envelope.
