BID NO. 304
The Five Rivers MetroParks (FRMP) will receive sealed bid proposals for the Park Services Building Renovation Project, Bid No. 304 until September 23, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. local time at 1375 East Siebenthaler Avenue, Dayton, Ohio 45414. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:15 P.M. local time, at Wegerzyn Gardens MetroPark, 1301 E. Siebenthaler Avenue, Dayton, Ohio 45414.
Copies of the Contract Documents, as prepared, the proposal and contract forms are on file at Queen City Reprographics, 222 St. Clair Street, Dayton, Ohio 45402, 800-966-2260, where they may be obtained upon payment of $100.00, non-refundable or online at www.qcrepro.com.
A pre-bid meeting will be held at 242 Leo Street, Dayton, Ohio on September 2, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. local time. The purpose of this meeting is for the Owner's Representative and FRMP to review the Contract Documents and answer any questions.
Provide bid proposals in a sealed envelope labeled Park Services Building Renovation Project, Bid No. 304. Each proposal shall be signed by the full name and business address of each person of company interested in the same; shall be accompanied by a 100% Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond, or by a certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the Five Rivers MetroParks as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured by a satisfactory bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price.
The proposals must be made on the forms provided in the Contract Documents, or a copy thereof.

The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals; to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received or to accept any proposal which is deemed most favorable to the Five Rivers MetroParks, an equal opportunity employer.
