• WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at 7:00 PM on February 28, 2022, in the Blair Meeting Room of the Washington Township Government Center, 8200 McEwen Road, Washington Township, Ohio to consider the following case: Case Number: A-1863 Applicant/Property Owner: Jim Focke Location: 7193 Tarryton Road Request: Variance request to reduce the required side yard setback for a detached accessory structure (shed) from 20’ to 10’ on a single-family residential property. Interested persons may appear and provide testimony. Upon conclusion of the hearing, the proposed request will be voted on by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
