Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on March 2, 2022, on or after 6:30 p.m. in the meeting room of City Hall, 6131 Taylorsville Road, Huber Heights, Ohio by the Board of Zoning Appeals for Case 22-03. The applicant is Abraham Mahder. The applicant is requesting a variance from Section 1147.04 – Rear Yard Setback Requirement. This is for property located at 6209 Hemingway Drive, Huber Heights, Ohio 45424.
The application is on file at the Huber Heights Zoning Office located at City Hall, 6131 Taylorsville Road, Huber Heights, Ohio and may be examined between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Interested persons may appear and be heard with respect to this request.
