• WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at 6:00 PM on January 24, 2022, in the Blair Meeting Room of the Washington Township Government Center, 8200 McEwen Road, Washington Township, Ohio to consider the following cases: Case Number: A-1861 Applicant/Property Owner: Joshua S and Angela M Weinstein Location: 235 Colonial Lane Request: Variance request to reduce the required side yard setback for a residential addition from 20’ to 2.6’ in the R-2 Residential District. Case Number: A-1862 Applicant/Property Owner: Michael and Miranda Conner Location: 7256 Mountain Trail Request: Variance request to allow 6’ privacy fence in the secondary front yard of a residential double frontage interior lot. Interested persons may appear and provide testimony. Upon conclusion of the hearing, the proposed request will be voted on by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
