• LEGAL NOTICE Pursuant to Section 5.08(B) of the City of Huber Heights Charter, the Clerk of Council hereby causes notice that the City of Huber Heights, Ohio is requesting the passage by City Council of a proposed Ordinance to revise the City Code by adopting current replacement pages for April 1, 2021 through September 30, 2021 identified as Supplement 8 to the City Code. The Supplement 8 replacement pages to the City Code are on file in the Clerk of Council’s Office (available for review Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) and are available for viewing on the City of Huber Heights website at www.hhoh.org. The Huber Heights City Council shall hear the proposed Ordinance for a first reading on Monday, January 10, 2022 at or about 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at City Hall, 6131 Taylorsville Road, Huber Heights, Ohio 45424.
