Haag (Notice Published in Paper and Posted at Property); and TO: Montgomery County Treasurer, 451 W Third St 2nd floor, Dayton, Ohio 45422 (Sent Via Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested) RE: 6475 Rip Rap Rd Huber Heights Ohio Parcel P70-00202-1185, 1186, 0728 and 0729 Violation of Section 1313.04H1 To Whom it may Concern: This is to advise you that a violation of Section 1313.04H1 of the Code of the City of Huber Heights exists at property located at 6475 Rip Rap Road, Huber Heights, Ohio 45424. You are receiving this notice as you may have an interest in this property. A public hearing to determine whether the violation constitutes a public nuisance, and if so, whether the City of Huber Heights can abate the nuisance by tearing down the violating structure will be held before the Huber Heights Property Maintenance Review Board on October 14, 2021, in the City Hall Meeting Room, 6131 Taylorsville Road, Huber Heights, Ohio 45424 on or after 6:30 p.m. The Property Maintenance Review Board has the ability to order the abatement of any violation within its authority at the cost of the property owner. The cost of the abatement, if performed by the City or its agent, along with a $250.00 administrative fee, can be levied as an assessment against such property and the assessment certified to the County Auditor and collected as any other assessment by the City. At the hearing you will have an opportunity to present your positions, arguments and contentions; offer and examine witnesses and present evidence in support; cross-examine witnesses purporting to refute your position, arguments and contentions; offer evidence to refute evidence and testimony offered in opposition to your position, arguments and contentions; and offer any such evidence into the record.
