- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Dayton & Montgomery County Board of Health will hold a public hearing for the purpose of receiving oral and written testimony concerning proposed revisions to the fee schedule in the Food program (including risk, mobile, temporary, vending and plan review), the Body Art program and the Recreation Vehicle Parks, Camps, and Park-Camps program. The date of the hearing is on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at 12:00 noon. A copy of the proposed revisions will be available for inspection weekdays from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. at the Public Health — Dayton & Montgomery County Offices, Reibold Building, 117 South Main Street, Dayton, Ohio, Office of Environmental Health.
