Case Number: A-1841 Applicant: Stanley L Burch Property Owner: Stanley L and Marilyn Burch Location: 194 Enfield Road Request: Variance request to decrease the required rear yard setback from 50’ to 47’ for a four season room addition. Case Number: A-1842 Applicant/Property Owner: Kathryn Mayberry Location: 243 Lairwood Drive Request: Variance request to allow 6’ privacy fencing in the secondary frontage (E Spring Valley Pike) of a double frontage residential property. Case Number: A-1843 Applicant/Property Owner: Jenny and Robert Mazzola Location: 9945 Hummingbird Way Requests: Variance requests to decrease the required rear yard setback from 50’ to 38.8’ for a new single family residence, and from 44’ to 43.2’ for an open covered patio, which can encroach a maximum of 6’ into the required rear yard. Case Number: A-1844 Applicant: Eric Soller Property Owner: Dent Logistics LLC Location: 420-440 Miamisburg-Centerville Road Requests: Variance requests to increase the allowable area of outdoor dining from 500 square feet to 704 square feet and increase the allowable number of outdoor dining seats from 30 to 50. Interested persons may appear and provide testimony. Upon conclusion of the hearing, the proposed request will be voted on by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
