• NOTICE OF PUBLIC VIEWING AND HEARING NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Montgomery County, Ohio will hold a public viewing and hearing relative to the Peters Pike and Lower Miamisburg Road Culvert Replacement Project, located in Butler Township and Miami Township, Job #2019-11. The Board will view the site by videotape/photographs on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 after the 1:30 p.m. Commission meeting. The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at the 1:30 p.m. Commission meeting or as soon thereafter as the hearing can begin. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and in compliance with the Governor’s State of Emergency Declaration and limitation on public gatherings, the above-referenced public viewing and public hearing are currently scheduled to be conducted virtually via Zoom.us and livestreamed on the County’s Facebook page (@MontgomeryCounty).
