Notice is hereby given that the Dayton City Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at 8:30 A.M., or as soon thereafter as the hearing can begin. The hearing will be held in the City Commission Chambers on the Second Floor of City Hall, 101 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio. However, if certain Covid-19 restrictions remain in place on July 8, the hearing will be held remotely by electronic means. The City of Dayton will make a determination regarding whether the hearing will be held remotely no later than July 7, 2020 and the decision will be posted on the City of Dayton website at www.daytonohio.gov. The subject of the hearing is the following:
Official Zoning Map Amendment
Repeal existing Planned Development PD-84 located at 1500 North Keowe Street, retain I-1 zoning for all property within the boundaries of repealed PD-84, and rezone five associated parcels from EGC to I-1 for construction of a wholesale sales and distribution building for 2J Supply.
The proposed Official Zoning Map Amendment is available for public inspection in the Office of the City Commission and with the Secretary to the City Plan Board. Please direct inquiries on this subject to Ann Schenking, contact information above.
