NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BUTLER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
Case No. BZA Case 1-2020 & BZA Case 2-2020
The Butler Township Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) has scheduled a public hearing at the Butler Township Meeting Hall located at 3780 Little York Road, Dayton, Ohio 45414, on Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at 6:00 PM, to consider the following cases:
BZA 1-2020 – Variance to Article 33, Section 3305 B.3 “Non-Residential Off-Street Parking Regulations” to permit the construction of an extension to an existing driveway, located at 7645 Turtle Creek Drive to be located 1 foot from the side property line, instead of the required 5 feet. The owners of the property are Matthew & Danielle Moore.
BZA 2-2020 – Conditional Use to Article 16, Section 1602, “Conditional Permitted Uses” to permit a conditional use for the proposed construction and use of a trucking terminal and warehouse, located at 11850 Peters Pike, Parcel ID A01 00204 0047. The owners of the property are Charanjit S & Amarjit Kaler.
