The Butler Township Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) will hear Case No. BZA 4-19 on Monday April 15, 2019, at 6:00 PM, to consider a Variance to Article 30, Section 3005 “Standards for Permitted Accessory Uses” (A. Location) to permit an existing concrete slab as an accessory structure (30’ x 68’) to be permitted in the front yard. The Butler Township Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) will hear Case No. BZA 5-19 on Monday April 15, 2019, at 6:00 PM, for a Variance to Article 30, Section 3001 (A.e) to permit the construction of a second accessory structure containing 1,920 (30’ x 64’) square feet, which exceeds the maximum allowable area by 738 square feet. The property is located at 600 Aullwood Road, Parcel ID# A01 20322 0076, applicant is Robert R Hively.
