PRESENTS CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARDS
The Miami Valley Fire/EMS Alliance annually presents Customer Service Awards to the organization(s) and/or individual(s) who best personify the concept of customer service in the area of fire, rescue, and emergency medical services. This year’s recipients are: Chief Michael D Caudill, Deputy Chief Scott Kujawa, and Dry Patrol. The award presentation will take place at the Board of Director’s meeting at Sinclair Community College, 220 Edwin C Moses Boulevard, Building 20, Suite 121, Dayton, Ohio 45402 at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 18, 2018.
A “Special” Customer Service Award is being presented to retired Chief Michael D Caudill of the Dayton Fire Department. The award acknowledgment is based on a career that has had a long dedication to the fire service, the community, and humanitarianism.
Deputy Chief Scott Kujawa of Washington Township Fire Department is being recognized for his genuine commitment to the continued improvement for the quality of services provided. He will receive the “2017 Outstanding Individual Customer Service Award.”
Hall Abner, representing Dry Patrol will be presented the “2017 Outstanding Organization Customer Service Award.” Dry Patrol goes above and beyond to make sure families receive the care needed after experiencing a disaster in their lives.
The Accommodation Certificate will be presented to the Miami Valley Fire / EMS Alliance Assessors for their outstanding work during promotional assessment centers. By working together as a team, the Assessors provide a good system to measure future officers within an organization.
The Miami Valley Fire/EMS Alliance is a regional council of governments dedicated to assisting its members in enhancing emergency services through regional cooperation.
