- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BUTLER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
The Butler Township Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) has scheduled a public hearing at the Butler Township Meeting Hall, 3780 Little York Road, Dayton, Ohio 45414 on Thursday, October 6, 2016 at 6:30 PM to consider the following:
Case BZA 9-16: A Variance request to Section 604, Development Standards. The applicant is requesting a variance to the required minimum frontage for a proposed lot split at 6680 Brantford Road. The owner of the property is Rita M Montgomery.
Case BZA 10-16: A Conditional Use application to have agriculture/livestock in an R-1, Single Family Residential District, per Section 702, Conditional Permitted Uses, at 3601 Maxton Road. The owners of the property are Ronald and Barbara Baker.
Case BZA 11-16: A Variance request to Section 3001 (A) (2), Permitted Accessory uses. The request is for relief from the barrier requirement for swimming pools at 456 Aullwood Rd. The owners of the property are Dave & Karen Knapp.
The Variance applications are available for review at the Butler Township Government Center, 3510 Sudachi Drive, Dayton, OH 45414. Your attendance and comments at the public hearing will be welcomed.
