- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Dayton & Montgomery County Board of Health will hold a public hearing at 12:00 noon in the Board Room, Room 220 of the Reibold Building, 117 South Main Street, Dayton, Ohio.
The hearing will be for the purpose of receiving oral and written testimony concerning proposed revisions to the fee schedule for food service operations including risk, mobile and vending operations.
The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, December 5, 2012, at 12:00 noon. A copy of the proposed revisions will be available for inspection weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Public Health, Dayton & Montgomery County Offices, Reibold Building, 117 South Main Street, Dayton, Ohio, environment Health Division.
