Notice is hereby given that the Trotwood Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing at 6 pm, on Thursday, September 27, 2012 to review
BZA Case #12-06: Variance request to reduce the required minimum building lot frontage for an existing single-family residence located within the “RSF-M” Residential Single-Family, Medium Density Zoning District at 5111 Wolf Creek Pike (Parcel I.D. #H33-02202-0103). The required minimum building lot frontage is 90 feet; 82.5 feet is proposed.
