- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Dayton & Montgomery County Board of Health will hold a public hearing at 12:00 noon in the Board Room, Room 220 of the Reibold Building, 117 South Main Street, Dayton, Ohio. The hearing will be for the purpose of receiving oral and written testimony concerning proposed revisions to the fee schedule for food service operations including risk, mobile, temporary and vending operations; and the plumbing, household sewage treatment systems and manufactured home parks programs. The date of the Hearing is on Wednesday, November 2, 2011 at 12:00 noon. The revisions will make certain changes to licensing fees. A Copy of the proposed revisions will be available for inspection weekdays form 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. at the Public Health - Dayton & Montgomery County Offices, Reibold Building, 117 South Main Street, Dayton, Ohio, Environmental Health Division.
