TROTWOOD PLANNING COMMISSION, TROTWOOD COMMUNITY CENTER, 4000 LAKE CENTER DRIVE, TROTWOOD, OHIO 45426, TUESDAY, MAY 24TH, 2011 AT 6:00 P.M.
Notice is hereby given that the City of Trotwood Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 24, 2011 at 6:00 P.M., to review and recommend for the adoption ZONING TEXT AMENDMENTS to be adopted within the City of Trotwood Zoning Ordinance:
PC Case #11-06. Proposed adoption of the following ZONING TEXT AMENDMENTS to the City of Trotwood Zoning Ordinance:
1) Zoning Text Adoption of Chapter 1174 "P/0-S" Park/Open Space Zoning District, including the designation of a schedule of principally permitted and conditionally permitted uses under Appendix A of the Zoning Code
2) Zoning Text Amendments to Appendix A ("Schedule of Permitted & Conditional Uses"), with the designation of the following uses:
a) "Community Gardens", as principally permitted uses in the "R-E" Rural Estates and "A" Agriculture Zoning Districts; and as conditionally permitted use in the "RSF-H", "RSF-M" and "RSF-L" Residential Single Family Zoning Districts, as well as the "R-TF" Residential Two-Family, "R-FF" Residential Four-Family, the "RMF-L" Residential Multi-Family, Low Density, the "RMF-H Residential Multi-Family, High Density Zoning District.
b) "Arboretum botanical garden, greenhouse conservatory", as conditionally permitted uses in the "C-R" Commercial Recreation and "A" Agriculture
c) "Dog Park", as conditionally permitted use in the "L-I" Light Industrial and "A" Agricultural Zoning Districts.
d) "Nature Preserve", as a principally permitted use in the "A" Agriculture Zoning District.
3) Zoning Text Amendments to Section 1175.10 [BUFFERYARD REQUIREMENTS], within the Trotwood Zoning Ordinance.
