Notice is hereby given that the Dayton City Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 18, 2011 at 6:00 P.M.
in the City Commission Chambers located on the Second Floor of the City Hall Building, 101 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio on the following:
Official Zoning Map Amendment - Case: Z-002-2011
Rezone 1.01 acres at the southeast corner of South Main Street and Vine Street from MR-5 Mature Single Family Residential to CI Campus Institutional; rezone 0.75 acres at the northwest corner of East Foraker Street and Brady Street from MR-5 Mature Single Family Residential to CI Campus Institutional; and rezone 3.75 acres at the northwest corner of South Main Street and West Apple Street from MGC Mature General Commercial to CI Campus Institutional. All property to be rezoned is owned by Miami Valley Hospital.
