Situate in the City of Kettering, in the County of Montgomery and State of Ohio, and Being Unit No. 117 Coach House Manor Condominium, the declaration and drawings of which are recorded at Deed Microfiche No. 72-29-A12 as amended at Deed Microfiche 73-530-C04 of the Montgomery County, Ohio records, and drawings of which also appear recorded in Plat Book “91” pages 104-108 inclusive and as amended in Plat Book “95”, Page “33”. Together with the undivided interest in the common areas and facilities as defined in aforesaid declaration and amendments as an appurtenance to said unit.
