It is hereby resolved by the Dayton & Montgomery County Board of Health to approve a motion by the Public Health Licensing Council to adopt fee changes in the Food Program (including Risk, Mobile, Temporary, and Vending) and in the Body Art Program.
Such fees shall be effective on the earliest date allowed by law.
