REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROFESSIONAL DESIGN SERVICES

Five Rivers MetroParks (FRMP) is issuing a Request for Qualifications to pre-qualify firms to provide professional services for various projects and tasks that require an outside consultant. Work assignments may include: landscape architectural, architectural, engineering, survey and related specialty consulting services including, but not limited to, facility evaluation and master planning services; review or creation of a program of requirements; various studies; preparation of bidding and construction documents; pre-design investigations; quality assurance testing during construction; validation of existing site conditions and preparation of cost estimates.
Estimated Contract Value: Pre-qualified consultants will be utilized for such projects or specialized tasks that require an outside consultant with project fees under the FRMP $50,000 threshold for formal RFQ. Each individual assignment may vary in range up to but not exceeding $50,000. There is no cumulative cap.
Required Pre-Qualification: Licensed, as required, to provide services in the State of Ohio.
• Demonstrated ability to meet Owner’s programmed project vision, scope, budget, and schedule on previous projects.
• Demonstrated ability to develop sustainable solutions.
• Relevant past work of prospective firm.
• Past performance of prospective firm with FRMP.
• Qualifications and experience of individuals directly involved with the project.
• Proximity of prospective firms to Montgomery County (Dayton, Ohio).
Schedule: This pre-qualification process will determine the list of firms that will be eligible for award of contracts for the period from October 2014 through the end of 2017.
