MOT- Wolf Creek Bikeway Restoration Project

Five Rivers MetroParks (FRMP) is seeking a qualified engineering firm to provide Construction Engineering services for the MOT- Wolf Creek Bikeway Restoration Project.
The MOT-Upper Wolf Creek Bikeway Restoration Project, PID 93246, is located on approximately 6.3 miles of the Wolf Creek Recreation Trail between Albert Road in Brookville, OH and Preble County Line Road in Clay Township, Montgomery County, OH. The work includes a 1-1/2” asphalt overlay, removal of existing asphalt and reinforcement of subgrade in selected areas, construction of new concrete curb ramps with truncated domes, removal and installation of flexible bollards, site preparation and restoration.
Estimated Construction Cost: $315,000.00

The construction Notice to Proceed is expected to be issued on or about April 21, 2014, with a Contract Completion Date of July 1, 2014. It is anticipated that the selected Consultant will be authorized to proceed on April 15, 2014. Please be advised that these dates are subject to change.
