Has been inspected pursuant to Sec. 152.04 et. seq., R.C.G.O. pertaining to the Abatement of Public Nuisances, and has been declared a public nuisance. You are further notified that you may appeal this finding of nuisance or you may abate the nuisance by rehabilitation or demolition. Permits are required before doing any repair or demolition work. You have 15 days after receipt of this notice in which to appeal or take out a permit. If a permit is taken out, all rehabilitation work must be completed within the 90 day permit period, all wrecking must be completed with a 30 day permit period, or such additional time as the Division Manager of Housing Inspection deems necessary. You are further notified that if you do not appeal this determination, or obtain a permit or repair or demolish the structure, the City of Dayton will abate the nuisance by demolition and removal of the structure, and all costs of abatement will be collected from you, assessed against the property, or the City may commence a Civil Action Suit to recover the costs.
