Inc., whose last place of residence is known as 500 Circle 75 Parkway, Suite 1800, Atlanta, GA 30399 but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on August 18, 2010, Household Realty Corporation, filed its Amended Complaint in Foreclosure in Case No. 2010CV06563 in the Court of Common Pleas Montgomery County, Ohio, alleging that the Defendants, Unknown Heirs at Law, Devisees, Legatees, Executors or Administrators of Patricia Ann Keith, Deceased, John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Patricia Ann Keith, John Doe Brother 1, Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of John Doe, Brother 1, John Doe Brother 2, Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse if any of John Doe Brother 2, Jane Doe Sister 1, John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Jane Doe Sister 1, Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Steven Kendall Gomo, and Gulf Estates Mortgage Co. Inc., has or claims to have an interest in the real estate located at 9646 Wild Ginger Way, Miamisburg, Ohio 45342, PPN K45 25820 0013. The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
