Cases ZC-1-09 and
The Butler Township Zoning Commission will meet at the Government Center, 8524 North Dixie Drive, Dayton, Ohio 45414, on Thursday, March 19, 2009, at 6:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be reached on the agenda, to consider two cases: the first case, ZC-1-09, proposes the rezoning of two property groupings described as follows: a) a single lot located at 4000 Singing Hills Boulevard, proposed for rezoning from "PD-1", Planned Development - 1 (residential) to "O-2", Office (Singing Hills Boulevard lies more or less on a north-south alignment, and will be a private street just south of Cloverleaf Road and I-70, lying between Singing Ridge Boulevard and North Dixie Drive); and b) properties proposed for rezoning from "R-1", Residential, to "R-2", Residential, and located south of Little York Road, west of Brantford Road, east of Peters Pike, and north of an imaginary line representing a continuation of the same alignment of Meeker Road were it to be extended east of Peters Pike. The second case, ZC-2-09, proposes to amend Article 18 of the Butler Township, Montgomery County, Ohio, Zoning Resolution by the addition of another principally permitted use: "Child daycare centers."
Upon a favorable recommendation by the Zoning Commission on March 19, 2009, the Board of Butler Township Trustees will hold a public hearing at the same address, on April 13, 2009, at 7:30 P.M., to consider the same two zoning cases.
