• NOTICE OF ADOPTION TO: Kenneth Smith and any other unknown or unnamed biological father of D'Adrienne Takedjah Booker born to LaKeisha Booker whose address is: 1145 Jason Avenue, Akron, Ohio. You are hereby notified that on September 26, 2008, Case No. AD2008-39, a Petition for Adoption of a D'Adrienne Takedjah Booker born to LaKeisha Booker on February 9, 1997 in Montgomery County, Ohio was filed in the Superior Court of Bartow County, Georgia. On August 22, 2008, the Court passed an Order fixing a termination hearing upon said Petition for December 3, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. in the Main Courtroom of the Superior Court of Bartow County, Georgia and a final hearing on the Petition for December 3, 2008 at 9:00 A.M. in the Main Courtroom of the Superior Court of Bartow County, Georgia. All parental rights you may have with respect to the minor child will be lost and you will neither receive notice nor be entitled to object to the adoption of the child unless you file (1) Petition to Legitimate the child pursuant to the Official Code of Georgia Annotated Section 19-7-22 and (2) notice of the filing of such Petition to Legitimate with the Superior Court of Bartow County and make known such other objections in writing as you may have within thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this notice.
