• LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Dayton City Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 17, 2008 at 6:00 P.M. in the City Commission Chambers located on the Second Floor of City Hall, 101 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio on the following: Official Zoning Map Amendment - Case: Z-011-2008 Establish a Planned Development Overlay, PD-139 to allow for the construction of the Dayton Public Schools' Belmont High School campus. The high school campus will consist of 45-49 acres and abut the south side of Wayne Avenue, approximately from Epworth Avenue to Watervliet Avenue. The underlying zoning for the Planned Development will remain CI Campus Institutional District. The proposed Zoning Map Amendment is available for public inspection in the Office of the City Commission and with the Secretary to the City Plan Board.
