To: Unknown Administrator, Executor or Fiduciary, Unknown Heirs, Next of Kin, Unknown Spouses, Devisees, Legatees, Creditors and Beneficiaries of Estate of Johnnie Davis, Deceased, you will take notice that on the 26th day of November, 2019, Plaintiff, filed an Amended Answer and Crossclaim for foreclosure in the Butler County Court of Common Pleas, 315 High Street, Hamilton, OH 45011, being Case No. CV 2019 06 1207, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $278,209.56, plus interest at 4.75% per annum from April 1, 2019, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of a Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 6134 Creekside Way, Hamilton, OH 45011, being permanent parcel number A0300128000034
Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute. Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.
Said Defendant is required to file an Answer on or before the 31st day of January, 2020.
