CALIBER HOME LOANS, INC., Plaintiff vs. IRENE GENTRY, et al., Defendants JUDGE: RICHARD S. SKELTON To: The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Their Spouses and Creditors, Legatees, and The Fiduciary of The Estate, and Spouse and Creditors of William M. Gentry, Deceased, you will take notice that on the 26th day of November, 2019, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for foreclosure in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, 41 North Perry Street, Dayton, OH 45402-1431, being Case No. 2019 CV 05616, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $91,326.91, plus interest at 4.125% per annum from April 1, 2019, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of a Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 102 Burgundy Drive, Englewood, OH 45322, being permanent parcel number M58-00430-0011. Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute. Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.
