PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY BANK, Plaintiff vs. CHRISTOPHER B BENT, AS ANCILLARY EXECUTOR OF THE ESTATE OF BARBARA BENT AKA BARBARA A BENT AKA BARBARA ANN BENT, DECEASED, et al., Defendants John Doe, unknown spouse, if any, of Barbara Bent aka Barbara A Bent aka Barbara Ann Bent, whose last known address is unknown, will take notice that on the 16th day of August, 2017, Plaintiff filed its Complaint in Case No. 2017CV03862, in the court of Common Pleas Montgomery County, Ohio alleging that the Defendant(s), have or claim to have an interest in the real estate commonly known as 5408 Bromwick Drive, Trotwood, OH 45426, and also known as Parcel Number: H33 01403 0022 of the Auditor’s Records of Montgomery County, Ohio. Said parcel is more particularly described in Exhibit “A” attached to Plaintiff’s mortgage filed in Instrument Number 2003-00033247, on the 7th day of March, 2003, in the Recorder’s Office of Montgomery County, Ohio. The Complaint further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) Michael C Bent Sr aka Michael Bent Sr aka Michael C Bent, deceased and Barbara Bent aka Barbara A Bent aka Barbara Ann Bent, deceased, in the payment of a promissory note according to its tenor, the conditions of a mortgage deed given to it to secure payment of the said note and conveying the premises described therein have been broken, and the same has become absolute. The Complaint further prays that the Defendant(s) named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and further that the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable. The Defendant(s) named above are required to answer on or before the 1st day of December, 2017, or a judgment may be rendered as prayed for herein. Robert K.
