  • LEGAL NOTICE In the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, Dayton, Ohio. Case No. 2017CV02200. PNC BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff vs. Deborah K Vance, as Executor of the Estate of Lucille Vance, Deceased, et al., Defendants Edward T Gaddis, Tamera L Strozier, Lavar E Riley and Yalonda M Gaddis, whose last known addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 8th day of May, 2017, Plaintiff filed its Complaint in Case No. 2017CV02200, in the court of Common Pleas Montgomery County, Ohio alleging that the Defendant(s), have or claim to have an interest in the real estate commonly known as 402 Harriet Street, Dayton, OH 45417, and also known as Parcel Number: R72 10609 0040 of the Auditor’s Records of Montgomery County, Ohio. Said parcel is more particularly described in Exhibit “A” attached to Plaintiff’s mortgage filed in Instrument Number 10-066962, on the 29th day of October, 2010, in the Recorder’s Office of Montgomery County, Ohio. The Complaint further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) Lucille Vance, now deceased, in the payment of a promissory note according to its tenor, the conditions of a mortgage deed given to it to secure payment of the said promissory note and conveying the premises described therein have been broken, and the same has become absolute. The Complaint further prays that the Defendant(s) named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and further that the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable. The Defendant(s) named above are required to answer on or before the 27th day of October, 2017, or a judgment may be rendered as prayed for herein. Robert K.
