  • LEGAL NOTICE In the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, Dayton, Ohio. Case No. 2017CV01297. PNC BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY BANK, Plaintiff vs. BARBARA K. SHINKLE AKA BARBARA SHINKLE, et al., Defendants Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Creditors, Executors, Devisees, and Legatees if any of Gregory J. Shinkle aka Gregory Shinkle, deceased, David Shinkle and Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse if any of David Shinkle whose last known addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 14th of March, 2017, Plaintiff filed its Complaint in Case Number 2017 CV 01297 in the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court, alleging that Defendant(s) have or claim to have an interest in the real estate commonly known as 4187 Pafford Rd, Dayton, OH 45405, and also known as Parcel Number E20 18016 0011 of the Auditor’s Records of Montgomery County, Ohio. Said parcel is more particularly described in Exhibit “A” attached to the mortgage filed in Instrument Number 2002-00025785, on the 27th day of February, 2007 in the Recorder’s Office of Montgomery County, Ohio. The Complaint further alleges that by reason of default of Gregory J. Shinkle, deceased and Defendant(s) Barbara K. Shinkle in the payment of a promissory note according to its tenor, the conditions of a mortgage deed given to it to secure payment of the said note and conveying the premises described therein have been broken and the same has become absolute. The Complaint further prays that the Defendant(s) named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and further that the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable. The Defendant(s) named above are required to answer on or before the 11th day of August, 2017, or a judgment may be rendered as prayed for herein. Robert K.
