PNC BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO THE PROVIDENT BANK, Plaintiff vs. UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, CREDITORS, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, DEVISEES, AND LEGATEES, IF ANY, OF MARCILLE E CROUCH AKA MARCILLE CROUCH, DECEASED, et al., Defendants Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Creditors, Executors, Administrators, Devisees, and Legatees, if any, of Marcille E Crouch aka Marcille Crouch, Deceased; Larry Crouch; Monica Crouch; James Crouch; Joyce Crouch; John Crouch; Felicia Crouch; Ellen Winland; and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Ellen Winland, whose last known addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 2nd day of February, 2017, Plaintiff filed its Complaint in Case No. 2017CV00555, in the court of Common Pleas Montgomery County, Ohio alleging that the Defendant(s), have or claim to have an interest in the real estate commonly known as 1317 Urban Ave, Dayton, OH 45429, and also known as Parcel Number: N64 01901 0186 of the Auditor’s Records of Montgomery County, Ohio. Said parcel is more particularly described in Exhibit “A” attached to Plaintiff’s mortgage filed in Instrument Number 2001-00047550, on the 3rd day of May, 2001, in the Recorder’s Office of Montgomery County, Ohio. The Complaint further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) Marcille E Crouch aka Marcille Crouch, Deceased, in the payment of a line of credit agreement, according to its tenor, the conditions of a mortgage deed given to it to secure payment of the said line of credit agreement and conveying the premises described therein have been broken, and the same has become absolute. The Complaint further prays that the Defendant(s) named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and further that the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable. The Defendant(s) named above are required to answer on or before the 30th day of June, 2017, or a judgment may be rendered as prayed for herein. Robert K.
