PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY BANK, Plaintiff vs. UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, CREDITORS, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, LEGATEES AND DEVISEES IF ANY OF JUDY B BELCHER, DECEASED, et al., Defendants Unknown spouse, heirs, creditors, executors, administrators, legatees and devisees if any of Judy B Belcher, deceased; Joey Belcher; Jane Doe unknown spouse if any of Joey Belcher; Sonya Belcher; John Doe, unknown spouse if any of Sonya Belcher; Terri Belcher; and John Doe unknown spouse if any of Terri Belcher whose last known address is unknown, will take notice that on the 18th day of January 2016, Plaintiff filed its Complaint in Case No. 2016CV00282 in the court of Common Pleas Montgomery County, Ohio alleging that the Defendant(s), have or claim to have an interest in the real estate commonly known as 725 Chandler Drive, Trotwood, OH 45426, and also known as Parcel Number: H33 00204 0036 of the Auditor’s Records of Montgomery County, Ohio. Said parcel is more particularly described in Exhibit “A” attached to Plaintiff’s mortgage filed in Instrument Number 2006-057556, on the 23rd day of June, 2006 in the Recorder’s Office of Montgomery County, Ohio. The Complaint further alleges that by reason of default of Judy B Belcher, deceased in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a mortgage deed given to it to secure payment of the said note and conveying the premises described therein have been broken, and the same has become absolute. The Complaint further prays that the Defendant(s) named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and further that the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable. The Defendant(s) named above are required to answer on or before the 29th day of April, 2016, or a judgment may be rendered as prayed for herein. Robert K.
