Spencer, whose address is unknown, will take notice that on March 5, 2015, Tax Ease Ohio, LLC, filed its complaint in Case Number 2014 CV 06872, in the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Ohio, alleging that defendant Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, and Executors, if any, of Brenda K. Spencer, whose identity and address is unknown, has or claims to have an interest in the real estate described below: Situated in the Township of Mad River, County of Montgomery, and State of Ohio: And being Lot Numbered Three Hundred Six (306) Park Layne Subdivision, Section Two, as recorded in Plat Book "00", Pages 45 and 46, records of Montgomery County, Ohio. Permanent Parcel No.: I39401319 0022 Property Address: 1224 Ringwalt Drive, Dayton, OH 45432 Prior Deed References: Deed Volume 84-0171, Page C12 Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of real estate taxes, it is due the sums set forth in its complaint together with its fees and costs. The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same., for foreclosure of said tax liens, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale shall be applied to the payment of Plaintiff’s claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
