MidFirst Bank, Plaintiff vs Charles E Eckhart (deceased), et al., Defendants To the defendants, Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Charles E Eckhart and their unknown spouses and creditors; the unknown executor, administrator or personal representative of the Estate of Charles E Eckhart; and the unknown spouse of Charles E. Eckhart, whose last known address is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on July 30, 2014, MidFirst Bank, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Montgomery County, Ohio, Case No. 2014CV04419. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest: Parcel No.: R72044110090; Property Address: 1041 East Huffman Avenue, Dayton, OH 45403. A full copy of the legal description can be obtained from the County Auditor's Office. The defendants named above are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 10th day of October, 2014.
