Cenlar FSB, Plaintiff vs Clifford E Crutcher (deceased), et al., Defendants To the defendants, Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Clifford E Crutcher and their unknown spouses and creditors; the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Clifford E Crutcher, whose last address is unknown; and Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Barbara J Crutcher and their unknown spouses and creditors; the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Barbara J Crutcher; and the Unknown Spouse of Barbara J Crutcher, whose last address is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on August 8, 2014, Cenlar FSB, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Montgomery County, Ohio, Case No. 2014CV04590. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest: Parcel No.: R72134060007; Property Address: 1136 Haller Avenue, Dayton, OH 45408. A full copy of the legal description can be obtained from the County Auditor's Office. The defendants named above are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 3rd day of October, 2014.
