Olson aka Jean Olson and their unknown spouses and creditors; the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Jean D Olson, aka Jean Olson; and the unknown spouse of Jean D Olson, aka Jean Olson whose last address is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on April 24, 2014 US Bank NA as trustee on behalf of the holders of the JP Morgan Mortgage Acquisition Corp. 2006-WMCI Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-WMCI, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Montgomery County, Ohio, Case No. 2014CV02452. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest: Parcel No.: K48 00304 0020; Property Address: 538 Reagle Avenue West, West Carrol, OH 45449. A full copy of the legal description can be obtained from the County Auditor's Office. The defendants named above are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 5th day of September, 2014.
