Nationstar Mortgage LLC, Plaintiff vs. Unknown Heirs, Fiduciaries, Beneficiaries, Donees and Devisees, if any, of Norma L Murphy, et al., Defendants Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Fiduciaries, Beneficiaries, Donees and Devisees, if any, of Norma L Murphy, whose addresses are unknown, will take notice that on July 14, 2014, Barclay Square Condominium Owners Association filed its Answer and Crossclaim in Case No. 2014CV03541, in the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Montgomery Clerks of Courts, Montgomery County Courthouse, 41 N. Perry St., Room 104, Dayton, OH 45422-5406, alleging that there is due to Barclay Square Condominium Owners Association, the sum of $2,604.90 in unpaid condominium maintenance fees and assessments as of July 10, 2014 plus subsequent unpaid fees, costs, and attorney fees, on the property known as 2355 Crew Circle, Dayton, OH 45439, being Permanent Parcel No. K47505170063, and further described as being: Situate in the Township of Miami, County of Montgomery, State of Ohio and being Unit Numbered 2355 CC Building J of Barclay Square Condominium as recorded in Plat Book 112, Pages 37 and 37A-C of the Plat Records of Montgomery County, Ohio, and as shown in the Declaration as to Condominium Property, By-Laws and Drawings recorded as Deed No. 81 096A01 of the Deed Records of Montgomery County, Ohio, as amended by First Amendment to Declaration as to Condominium Property of Barclay Square Condominium recorded as Deed No. 81 311 E06 of the Deed Records of Montgomery County, Ohio, together with an undivided interest in the common areas and facilities as defined in the Declaration as to Condominium Property, as amended as a appurtenance to the above described Unit. Barclay Square Condominium Owners Association prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set forth their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of Barclay Square Condominium Owners Association’s condominium lien, marshalling of liens, and sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Barclay Square Condominium Owners Association’s claim in proper order of its priority, and for such other relief as is just and equitable. The defendants named above are required to answer the Crossclaim within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 8th day of August, 2014.
