Perry Street, Dayton, OH 45422, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendant Yegen Equity Loan Corp. have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below: Legal Description: Situated in the City of Miamisburg, County of Montgomery, State of Ohio, and being Lot numbered THREE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED TWENTY SEVEN (3627) of the consecutive numbers of lots on the revised Plat of the City of Miamisburg, Ohio, and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a railroad spike in the centerline of South Linden Avenue at the southeasterly corner of said Lot No. 3627 (witness an iron pipe bearing south 89° 00’ 00” West a distance of 29.76 feet); Thence south 89° 00’ 00” west a distance of 537.27 feet with the southerly line of said lot No. 3627 to an iron pin; Thence north 1° 00’ 00” west a distance of 85.00 feet on a new division line to an iron pin; Thence north 89° 00’ 00” east a distance of 489.94 feet on a new division line parallel with the southerly line of said lot No. 3627 to a point in the said centerline of South Linden Avenue (witness an iron pin bearing south 89° 00’ 00” west a distance of 33.69 feet); Thence south 28° 04’ 15” east a distance of 55.61 feet with the said centerline of South Linden Avenue to a railroad spike; Thence south 32° 49’ 40” east a distance of 41.76 feet with the said centerline of South Linden Avenue to the place of beginning, containing 1.000 acre of land, more or less. The above description is based on a survey by Richard W. Anders, Registered Surveyor, No. 5850, on March 29, 1983. Permanent Parcel Number: K46-00614-0082.
