Hartman, whose last known address is 6815 Polk Boulevard, Dayton, OH 45414, Unknown Spouse (if any) of Eddie Hartman, whose last known address is 6815 Polk Boulevard, Dayton, OH 45414, will take notice that on August 7, 2013, JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Montgomery County, Ohio, Case No. 2013CV04685. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest: Parcel No.: R72112030025 Property address: 2308 Rustic Road, Dayton OH 45406.
