Legal Description: Situate in the Township of Randolph NKA the City of Clayton, County of Montgomery and State of Ohio and being Lot 123 Valley Brook Community, Section Two, as Recorded in Plat Book “99”, page 55 of the plat records of Montgomery County, Ohio.
