  • LEGAL NOTICE In the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, Dayton, Ohio, Case No. 2013CV04079 Federal National Mortgage Association (“FNMA”), Plaintiff vs Janelle Stewart, AKA Janelle Jaco, et al., Defendants Unknown Heirs, the devisees, assigns of Janelle Stewart, aka Janelle Jaco, and their unknown spouses; the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Janelle Stewart, aka Janelle Jaco and their unknown spouses; and the unknown executors, administrators, and fiduciaries of Janelle stewart aka Janelle Jaco, will take notice that on July 10, 2013 Federal National Mortgage Association (“FNMA”) filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Montgomery County, Ohio, Case No. 2013CV04079. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest: Parcel No.: J441210170028 Property address: 2404 Ned drive, Moraine, OH 45439.
