Nankivell, whose last address is 2624 Spring Valley Road, Miamisburg, OH 45342 and Unknown Spouse (if any) of Steve Nankivell, whose last known address is 2624 Spring Valley Road, Miamisburg, OH 45342, will take notice that on June 27, 2013, U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, in trust for the certificate holders of MASTR Adjustable Rate Mortgages Trust 2006-OA2 filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Montgomery County, Ohio, Case No. 2013CV03879. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest: Parcel No.: M58002240003 Property address: 126 Pepperwood Place, Union, OH 45322. A full copy of the legal description can be obtained from the County Auditor's Office. The defendants named above are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 11th day of October, 2013.
