Fox, whose address is unknown, will take notice that on June 5, 2013, Oakwood Manor Condominium Owners Association, filed its Answer and Crossclaim in the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Ohio, alleging that there is due to Oakwood Manor Condominium Owners Association, the sum of $3,605.83 in unpaid condominium maintenance fees and assessments as of June 4, 2013, plus subsequent unpaid fees, costs, and attorney fees, as owners of the property known as 1211 Far Hills Avenue #301, Dayton, Ohio 45419, being Permanent Parcel No. Q71 50320 0030, and further described as being: Legal Description: Situate in the State of Ohio, County of Montgomery, City of Oakwood and being Unit Numbered THREE HUNDRED ONE (301) of Oakwood Manor Condominium, together with the undivided percentage of ownership in the Common Areas and Facilities, as described in the Declaration as to Condominium Ownership of Oakwood Manor Condominium, recorded in Deed Microfiche No. 79-195 A01 of the Deed Records of Montgomery County, Ohio, as recorded in Plat Book “107” Page 45, of the Plat Records of Montgomery County, Ohio. Oakwood Manor Condominium Owners Association prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set forth their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of Oakwood Manor Condominium Owners Association’s condominium lien, marshalling of liens, and sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Oakwood Manor Condominium Owners Association’s claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other relief as is just and equitable. The Defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 8th day of November, 2013.
